Exchanges & Returns
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-The order is still under “Pending” status (if the order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact info@muagaofficial.com asap.)
-The ordered item is out of stock.
If customers want to exchange or refund :
-Customers must send a contact email to MUAGA(info@muagaofficial.com) within 5days from the receiving date.
-Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.
-The return must be arrived to jaths within 14 days from the receiving date.
For exchange :
-Customers can request to exchange size and color only for same item in available stock.
-Customers have to pay round-shipping fee for the exchange.
-After checking the return invoice email sent by MUAGA, customers must send the item and invoice together to MUAGA.
(MUAGA will provide detailed shipping instructions via email)
-After we confirms that the received item is in the same condition as the original one, the exchanged order will be shipped.
For refund :
-Customers may request a return and refund. please contact via email.
-Customers have to pay shipping fee for the return.
-After checking the return invoice email sent by MUAGA, customers must send the item and invoice together to MUAGA.
(MUAGA will provide detailed shipping instructions via email)
-After we confirms that the received item is in the same condition as the original one, MUAGA will refund it in 3 business days from the receiving date.
-In case of ORDER MADE ITEM, all pre-ordered items cannot be refunded or exchanged since the payment is made. So please make a careful decision before ordering.
※ Please note :
-Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF customers followed the instructions above and return request has been approved by our staff.
(Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.)
-We do not accept exchange or refund if the item's condition is damaged due to customer's mishandling.
-Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in return packaging.
